Fatty acids extracted from the New Zealand green-lipped mussel (perna canaliculus) may significantly reduce hyperactivity, learning problems and inattention in children with symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), according to new work out of Swinburne University of Technology.
The research was sponsored by the manufacturers of the mussel supplement Lyprinol.
